1. SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
BLACK BEAR CONSULTING SRL provides professional consulting and administrative services primarily addressed to legal entities (B2B), including but not limited to: company incorporation, corporate changes, company liquidation, business consulting, intermediation, and special projects.

Service delivery is performed exclusively through:

• electronic means (email, digital documents, online platforms), and/or
• execution of the agreed service stages involving relevant authorities or third parties (e.g., Trade Registry, banks, partners).

No physical products are sold or delivered.

Estimated delivery time

Service delivery timelines are indicative and depend on:

• the nature and complexity of the requested service;
• the accuracy and timeliness of documents provided by the client;
• response times and requirements of public authorities or third parties;
• milestones agreed with the client.

For standard administrative services (e.g., company incorporation or amendments), the estimated delivery time ranges between 3 and 30 calendar days. For complex consulting or intermediation projects, delivery timelines are agreed individually with each client.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the services provided, all payments are non-refundable.

Clients may request cancellation of services by written notice (email), but no refunds will be issued, even if service delivery has not yet started.

Refunds are granted only in the event that BLACK BEAR CONSULTING SRL commits a proven, unfixable error that makes the continuation or completion of the service impossible and cannot be reasonably remedied.

No refunds are granted for:

• delays caused by public authorities, third parties, or the client;
• additional requests, rejections, or changes imposed by authorities;
• the non-completion of complex projects (e.g., consulting, intermediation, M&A), provided that the agreed service stages have been performed.
